Breakfast was good. The selection was a bit limited but it was very good I also very much liked the staff. They couldn't have been more helpful. Just one example - we left early one morning for an all day tour. They were able to provide us with a bagged lunch so that we could travel throughout the Duoro Valley without having to spend time looking for a place to eat.

The hotel is simply beautiful! The design, the decor, the stone walls, the concrete floor and counters. We felt as if we were guests at a friend’s luxurious home. But the thing that we were wowed by was the ultra comfortable bed! Never have we seen such luxuries linens! My husband and I couldn’t stop raving about the bed and the linens. Also, we couldn’t say enough about the staff: Teresa, Ariana, Bruna, Nidia - Polite, professional, VERY helpful, super pleasant, adorable! The location was fabulous - centrally located and across the street from a beautiful plaza. This was one of the best hotels we have known. Kudos to everyone and everything!

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in March 2024. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, the room and decor throughout the hotel were modern and clean (ours had a lovely view of the park opposite), the bed was large and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious and varied. The hotel is also in an absolutely perfect location close to the river and near to lots of bars and restaurants. We couldn't fault it, and can't wait to stay again next time we're in Porto!

This is a very stylish hotel in an excellent location. We were a group of friends who very much enjoyed the ambience of the hotel. Breakfast was excellent. The staff were so lovely and helpful.

Teresa and her colleagues not only provided excellent service at the hotel but also went the extra mile by offering fantastic dinner recommendations in the city. They even offered to make reservations for us at some of the most popular and charming local restaurants, port wineries and local museums making our experiences truly unforgettable. One delightful aspect of our stay was our daily greeting with fresh espresso drinks and delicious cakes. It was such a thoughtful gesture that added a touch of warmth and indulgence to our mornings and afternoons. We felt pampered and cared for throughout our entire visit. The combination of the staff's personalized attention, their helpful dinner suggestions, and the delightful treats they offered us each day made our stay at Exmo Hotel a truly remarkable and pleasurable experience. It's clear that the hotel takes pride in creating a welcoming and homely atmosphere, making it the perfect choice for anyone visiting Porto. We traveled with our infant child and were treated very well, welcomed each time we entered and left the hotel and even had a table with a high chair waiting for us at breakfast. We can't thank the team ant Exmo enough for making our vacation so special and memorable. We'll definitely be returning in the future!
